摘要 随着技术的发展,传统的结构材料难以满足抗冲蚀磨损的使用要求,抗冲蚀磨损防护涂层是有效提高装备和材料使用寿命的有效途径之一.概括介绍了抗冲蚀磨损涂层的制备方法,主要包括涂覆、电镀、热喷涂、激光熔覆和气相沉积技术等,以及各种方法所制备的抗冲蚀磨损涂层体系及特点.重点阐述了利用物理气相沉积技术所制备的抗冲蚀磨损涂层的体系,主要包括二元、多元涂层及多层复合涂层,特别对多层复合涂层在抗冲蚀磨损防护方面的优势进行分析,最后系统地介绍了国际上物理气相沉积抗冲蚀涂层的研制进展及应用情况. With the development of technology,the traditional material is difficult to meet the requirement of erosion wear.It is an effective way to prepare an erosion wear resistant coating on the surface to improve the life of the material. In this paper,the preparation methods of erosion wear resistant coatings as electroplating,thermal spraying, laser cladding,vapor deposition technology and physical vapor deposition were introduced.Moreover, the structure and property of the coatings were mentioned.Among them, this paper focus on the preparation of erosion wear resistant coating(including two and multi-component coating, multilayer composite coating)by physical vapor deposition,and the advantages of the multilayer composite coatings in erosion protection were analyzed. In the end,the development and application of erosion resistant coatings by physical vapor deposition at home and abroad were systematically introduced.
