摘要
研究了高分子絮凝剂PVX(聚乙烯醇黄原酸钠),对含铅、镉、锌离子废水的絮凝性能,并在pH=6的条件下,对影响处理性能的因素(Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+))进行探讨.研究结果表明:PVX在用量分别为40,70和100mg/L时,对1000mg/L的含Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)和Zn^(2+)水样的最高去除率均可达到99.9%;Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)的存在,对Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的絮凝起促进作用;少量的Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)对Zn^(2+)的絮凝起促进作用,但大量的Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)对Zn^(2+)的絮凝效果降低.
The flocculating properties of polymer flocculant PVX (sodium polyvinyl xanthate) for waste water containing lead,cadmium and zinc ions were studied.Under the condition of pH=6,the factors (Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ) affecting the processing performance are discussed.The results show that the maximum removal rate of 1000mg/L containing Pb 2+ ,Cd 2+ and Zn 2+ samples can reach 99.9% when the amount of PVX is 40 mg/L,70mg/L and 100 mg/L, respectively.A small amount of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ promoted the flocculation of Zn 2+ ,but the presence of a large amount of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ reduced the flocculation effect of Zn 2+ .
