吉林地区一株鸡传染性法氏囊病毒的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of a Infectious Bursal Disease Virus in Jilin

为确定引起吉林省某鸡场死亡的病原,剖检送检病死鸡,采集法氏囊、肝脏、脾脏等样品,经研磨无菌处理后接种SPF鸡胚传代,再经CEF细胞盲传进行病毒分离、PCR检测、动物回归、电镜观察、间接免疫荧光鉴定。研究结果表明鸡胚出现水肿出血、电镜可见病毒粒子,间接免疫荧光可见阳性绿色荧光,成功分离鉴定病原为鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious Bursa Disease Virus,IBDV),命名为JL-01/2007,为IBDV流行分布提供数据支持。

One strain of hffectious Bursa Disease Virus was isolated fi＇om the samples such as bursa, liver and spleen collected fi＇om the dead chickens in Jilin Province. The strain was passaged in SPF chicken embryos or CEF cells and identified by PCR detection, animal regression test, electron microscopy and indirect immunofluorescence. The results of edema hemorrhage in chicken embryos, virions and positive green fluorescence in CEF cells indicated that IBDV was successfully isolated and named JL-01/2007, which could support tor the prevalence of IBDV.
