摘要
肝脏是人体重要的免疫器官,多种免疫细胞及细胞因子等组成其复杂的免疫微环境,共同参与肝脏的免疫调节,其中的细胞各司其职,却又相互关联。免疫微环境不仅在维持肝脏稳态中有着重要的作用,更在肝纤维化的发生、发展中扮演着不可替代的角色。本文总结了肝脏局部免疫微环境与肝纤维化之间的联系、今后研究的方向及其研究应用价值。
As the crucial immune organ in the body, the liver has complicated immune microenviroment,which can play vital roles in immunoregulation. There are various immune cells and molecules in the immune microenviroment. Each cell performs its own abilities based on the connections with others. The immune microenviroment can not only keep the liver in homeostasis, but also participate in the development of liver fibrosis. In this review,we summarize the current knowledge on the connections between liver immune microenviroment and liver fibrosis to guide future investgations.
