案例教学在“教师职业道德”课程中的运用与反思

摘要 案例教学以案例为核心,以课堂讨论为关键,搭建起理论与实践之间的桥梁,是师范生在教师职前培养过程中获得实践性知识的重要途径。本文从三个方面呈现了案例教学在"教师职业道德"课程教学中的运用,即案例教学与课程的契合性,教学案例的选择以及课堂讨论的激励方式,并且进一步反思了班额、座位排列方式对案例教学实施的影响,以及案例教学对课堂教学以及学生学业成绩的影响。 Case teaching, which takes the case as the core and takes class discussion as the key, builds a bridge between theory and practice and provides access for normal students to practical knowledge in the process of teacher pre-career education. This article presents the application of case teaching in the Teacher Professional Ethic course from three aspects, including the compatibility between case teaching and the course, the selection of teaching cases and the incentive methods of classroom discussion. Furthermore, the influence of the class scale and seating arrangements on the implementation of case teaching is reflected and the influence of case teaching on teaching process and student academic performance is also reflected.
