摘要 文章就佐藤学的"学习共同体学校"与叶澜的"新"基础教育展开分析、比较。"新"基础教育是叶澜根据时代背景结合个人的理论成果,针对当下基础教育存在的问题提出的;"学习共同体"则源于美国教育家杜威的"学校即社会"的教育理念。二者基于不同的社会背景,相同的"以人为本"的教育理念,构建自己的教育模式。在具体教育实践中,文章仅就教师队伍建设、课堂教学模式的变革展开二者间的分析、比较。从而挖掘二者在人本位的基础上对教育教学模式的创新。 This paper analyzes and compares Sato's "Learning Community School" and Ye Lan's "new" basic education. The "new" basic education has been put forward by Ye Lan against the background of the age and his personal theoretical achievements as well as the problems existing in the current basic education. "The learning community" is derived from the educational philosophy of "school is society" by the American educator Dewey. The two have built their own educational models on the basis of different social backgrounds but the same "people-oriented" educational philosophy. In the specific educational practice, this paper only analyzes and compares the building of the teacher team and the reform of the classroom teaching mode, thus exploring their innovative teaching model on the people-oriented basis.
