Complex control scheme for top pressure in fractionation tower of ARGG plant and its realization in PKS

运用组态技术和Experion PKS系统对ARGG装置分馏塔顶压力进行复杂控制方案进行设计。首先对ARGG装置分馏塔顶的工艺流程进行仔细分析;其次选定Experion PKS作为自动化组态系统,对系统硬件和组态软件进行了详细叙述;最后在Experion PKS结合工艺过程详细阐述组态过程,达到对ARGG装置分馏塔顶的控制。有效地实现了控制逻辑并达到良好的控制效果。

Complex control scheme is designed for the top pressure in the fractionation tower of the ARGG plant using the configuration technique and the Experion PKS system. Firstly, the process flow is carefully analyzed for the top pressure in fractionation tower of ARGG plant; Secondly, Experion PKS is selected as the auto-configuration system to expound the hardware and configuration software; Finally, the configuration process is set forth in detail and this achieves the control in fractionation tower of ARGG plant. All these implement the control logic and get the good effects.
