摘要
构建科学、合理、可量化的应用型人才综合评价指标体系,是提高应用型人才培养质量的核心和关键。借鉴柯氏(Kirkpatriek)评估模式与教学系统设计理论,提出混合式教学背景下应用型人才评估模型,搭建应用型人才培养指标体系;从人才培养质量监控和评价体系、指标选取和权重的动态化以及充分发挥评估的诊断和改进功能提出了评估模型的实施建议;从专题式学习的开展、“双师型”教师队伍建设、“双导师”制度的推行和校企联合开展评价对西安翻译学院提出实践性建议。
One of the core and key factors to improve the quality of applied talents is to construct a scientific, reasonable and quantifiable comprehensive index system of evaluation. Based on the Kirkpatrick evaluationmodel and the teaching system design theory, this paper puts forward the evaluation model of the applied talentsunder the mixed teaching background. It also introduces the systems of quality monitoring and evaluation of talent training. Finally this paper comes up with some practical suggestions for the implementation of the evaluationmodel from the perspective of the development of thematic learning, the construction of the teaching team and theUniversity -Entetlorise Joint Development in Xi'an Fanyi University.
