摘要 在当今全球经济一体化的背景下,我国的社会经济、文化科技也随之蓬勃发展起来,整个社会对艺术设计人才的需求也大大提高,与此同时,为了促进世界各地区政治、经济、文化的融合与发展,习总书记提出了"一带一路"的发展战略。该战略的提出对我国高校的艺术设计人才培养模式也提出了更高层面的要求,提倡和追求本土化的设计具有重要的文化战略意义与挑战性。在"一带一路"这一世纪性系统大工程中,西安作为中华民族的摇篮、中华文明的发祥地、中华文化的代表,拥有灿烂的民族民间艺术文化积淀,与此同时作为我国教育重镇,大学林立,无论在教育资源储备、艺术文化的沉淀、战略发展机遇等方面,都为艺术设计人才培养提供了得天独厚的优势与机遇。 In today’s global economic integration background, our country’s social economy, culture, science and technology has been booming, the whole society’s demand for art design talents are greatly improved, at the same time, in order to promote the various parts of the world political, economic and cultural integration and development, Xi general secretary put forward the development strategy of “area”. The proposal of this strategy also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation mode of artistic design talents in Chinese universities. Advocating and pursuing localized design has important cultural strategic signifcance and challenge. In this century “One Belt And One Road” system in large engineering, xi ‘an, as the cradle of the Chinese nation, the birthplace of Chinese civilization, the representative of the Chinese culture, has a brilliant national culture, folk art at the same time as our country education center, university of forest, no matter in the education resources reserves, art and culture of precipitation, strategic opportunities for development, etc., are for art design talents training provides advantages and opportunities.
