从历史、理论与实践的维度对乡村振兴的逻辑基础进行深入剖析,在此基础上分析日本与韩国乡村振兴的经验,在借鉴中提出我国乡村振兴的现实路径。走中国特色的乡村振兴之路要强化制度供给,破除乡村振兴的制度障碍;要构建新型农业产业体系,撬动乡村振兴新动能;要重塑乡村文化,激活乡村振兴的内生动力;要创新乡村治理机制,奠定乡村振兴的组织基础;要加强生态环境保护,筑牢乡村振兴的绿色防线。

From the perspective of history, theory and practice, the paper deeply analyzes the logical foundation of rural revitalization. Based on this, it analyzes the experience of rural revitalization in Japan and South Korea, and in order to use it as a reference to innovate the practical path to rural revitalization in China. To take the road of revitalizing rural areas with Chinese characteristics, we must strengthen the institutional supply and eliminate the institutional obstacles to rural revitalization, build a new type of agricultural industry system to invigorate new drivers of rural revitalization, reshape rural culture and activate the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization, innovate rural governance mechanism and lay the organizational foundation for rural revitalization, strengthen ecological and environmental protection and build a green defense line for rural revitalization.
