摘要
以"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究调查"问卷为工具,采用主成分分析法、因子分析、随机森林回归等方法,对理工科大学生学习投入对学习收获的影响展开实证研究。结果表明,学习投入的生师之间互动程度、学习主动性和融入学习环境程度、与同学之间互动程度、对挑战性的学业任务掌握程度、社会活动参与度5个因子对学习收获均有影响,每个因子对学习收获影响大小各不相同。因此,提高理工科大学生学习收获可以从大学生学习投入这5个因子入手,关注理工科大学生的学科特点,增加实践环节,激发理工科大学生们的学习主动性,加强师生互动等途径开展。
Based on the "China College Student Survey, (CCSS)" questionnaire, with using the method of principal component analysis, factor analysis and random forest regression, an empirical study was carried out on the impact of science and engineering students' leanaing engagement on learning outcomes. The results show that 5 factors of leanaing engagement have effects on the learning outcomes, and each factor has different effects on learning outcomes. The 5 influencing factors are learning initiative & the integration degree into learning environment, the level of participation in social activities, the interaction between students inside and outside the classroom, the grasp degree of the challenging academic task, and the level of participation in public activities. According to the above research, improving the outcomes of college students in science and engineering can start from the 5 factors of college students' learning engagement, paying attention to the characteristics of science and engineering college students, increasing the practice, stimulating the learning initiative of the students of science and engineering, and strengthening the interaction between teachers and students.
