全面依法治国视阙下的大学生法治教育——以理工科院校大学生法律意识现状调查为视角

Law-related Education for College Students under Comprehensive Rule of Law:A Survey on the Current Situation of Legal Awareness of College Students in Universities of Science and Engineering

大学生是法治中国的未来,加强大学生法治教育、把法治教育融入国民教育体系,是全面推进依法治国方略的重要举措。通过对四川省内三所理工科院校大学生开展法律意识现状问卷调查发现,大学生普遍存在缺少理性的法律思维、法律保护意识单薄等问题。因此有必要切实提高大学生法治教育的实效性,引导大学生内心拥护和真诚信仰法律,营造"三位一体"的法治教育环境,改革法律基础课程的教学模式与管理制度,重视师资队伍建设等,使大学生成为社会主义法治的自觉遵守者和坚定捍卫者。

Considering that college students are the future of the rule of law in China, strengthening the law-related education for college students and integrating the law-related education into the national educational system are important measures to comprehensively promote the strategy of the rule of law. A questionnaire survey on the current situation of legal awareness of college students in three universities of science and engineering in Sichuan province shows that college students are generally lack of rational legal thinking and have a weak sense of Legal Protection Consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education for college students, then promotes several measures such as, guiding students＂ inner belief in law through law-related education, creating a ＂Three in One＂ legal education environment, reforming the teaching modes and management system of basic legal courses and enhancing the construction of teaching staff, so as to make college students become conscious observers and firm defenders of socialist Rule of Law.
