摘要
近年来媒介技术的迅猛发展进一步加剧了传媒业的"不确定性"风险,超强的身份模糊感与较低的职业认同导致媒体从业人员在日常工作和生活中渴望与上级、同事以及同行展开交谈。借助社会比较理论并通过深度访谈的方法,对成都媒体从业人员的日常交谈活动进行全面考察后发现:在日常交谈中,媒体从业人员常借助平行比较来获取有利于新闻生产活动开展的资讯,并借由社会比较强化自我提升和自我改进的动机;在交谈话题方面,组织强制性话题最能引发日常交谈行为;在交谈策略方面,媒体从业人员以自我保护性策略作为社会比较过程中的主要应对策略。通过日常交谈和社会比较,媒体从业人员不仅强化了职业身份认同,而且情感和态度层面的改变也一定程度上影响了其所从事的新闻生产活动。
The rapid development of media technologies in recent years has further aggravated the "uncertainty" risk of the news industry. The strong sense of identity ambiguity and low professional identity together lead media employees to eagerly engage in conversations with superiors, colleagues, and peers in their daily work and life. Through the use of social comparison theory and in-depth interview methods, a comprehensive investigation of the daily conversation activities of Chengdu media employees revealed that in daily conversations: media employees often use parallel comparisons to obtain information that is conducive to the development of news production activities, meanwhile the motivation of self- enhancement and self-improvement is strengthened by the social comparison ; in the topic of conversation, the organization of mandatory topics can lead to the daily conversational behavior; in the conversation strategy, the media employees adopt the self-protection strategy as the main response in the process of social comparison. Ultimately, through daily conversations and social comparisons, not only did media employees strengthen the professional identity, but also did the change of their emotional and attitudinal levels to some extent affect the news production activities they were engaged in.
