摘要
煤化工污泥是煤化工废水处理过程中产生的固体废物。在分析煤化工剩余污泥基本性质的基础上,采用紫外照射的方法对煤化工剩余污泥减量的效果进行试验,结果表明,在经过10、30、60 min的紫外照射后,煤化工剩余污泥水中的TN、TP因为细胞破裂浓度不断增加,而COD溶出后又被其他微生物利用,呈先增后减的趋势;SS经紫外照射之后,浓度逐渐降低。采用紫外线照射煤化工剩余污泥可以取得一定的污泥减量效果,应进一步加强该法对煤化工剩余污泥减量的中试及应用基础研究,为宁东煤化工剩余污泥的减量提供参考。
The coal chemical industry sludge is solid waste which produced in the process of coal chemical industry wastewater treatment. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of coal chemical industry sludge, the effects of coal chemical industry sludge reduction with ultraviolet irradiation was carried out. The experimental results showed that after 0 min, 10 min, 30 min,60 rain after UV irradiation, the concentration of TN, TP in coal chemical excess sludge increased because of cell rupture. And due to available to other microorganisms, the concentration of COD showed a trend of increase after decreases first. And the concentration of SS gradually reduced after UV irradiation. So, it can obtain certain coal chemical industry excess sludge reduction using ultraviolet radiation. To provide reference for Ningdong coal chemical excess sludge reduction, it need to further strengthen the experimental and applied basic research on the sludge reduction.
