农业产业化中的粪肥排放风险研究——以德国为例

The Risks of Manure in Agricultural Industrialization——the Case of Germany

德国是农业高度发达的国家。农业产业化导致动物养殖规模不断扩大,田地里粪肥的排放量不仅大量增加,且有扩散的趋势,从而带来严重的环境污染问题,这不仅对人们的健康,而且对未来生产的发展均造成了很大的风险。研究介绍了德国农业产业化的基本情况,并以奥登博堡-明斯特兰德为例,对农业产业化中动物的粪肥排放风险进行识别,给出了降低农业产业化中的粪肥排放风险的可行建议。

Germany is a country with a highly developed agriculture, but agricultural industrialization resulted in growing amounts of animal manure spread on the fields due to the expanding scale of animal breeding. This development results in serious environmental pollution which is not only risky for the people＇s health but also for the future development of production. Therefore, the article introduced the basics of agricultural industrialization in Germany, gave an example for identifying the risks related to animal manure in agricultural industrialization in the area of the Oldenburger Muensterland and gave recommendations for action aiming at reducing the risks of manure in agricultural industrialization.
