西班牙、意大利作为世界顶级火腿生产国家,在腿源建设、饲养技术、产品分级、生产加工、市场营销等方面处于世界领先水平。近年来六盘水市盘县火腿受多方关注发展势头迅猛,但由于诸多因素制约了产业进一步发展,为促进火腿产业又好又快发展,六盘水市组团考察了世界顶级火腿生产国家的腿源基地、火腿加工、生产管理、市场营销等方面的经验和做法,并在此基础上提出了六盘水市发展火腿产业的相关对策建议。

Spain and Italy, as the top ham producing countries in the world, are in the world leading level in leg source construction, feeding technology, product classification, production and processing, marketing and so on. In recent years, Panxian ham has attracted much attention and developed rapidly, but many factors have restricted the further development of the industry. In order to promote the sound and rapid development of the ham industry, Panxian city organized a delegation to inspect the experiences and practices of the ham source base, ham processing, production management, marketing and other aspects of the world＇s top ham producing countries. On the basis of this, we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ham industry in our city.
