摘要
试验研究了中草药熏香燃烟及其不同的溶剂对5种猪场常见细菌的抑菌活性、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)以及抑菌率的影响。结果表明,熏香燃烟的乙醇-DMSO溶解物的抑菌效果最好,尤其是对嗜水气单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的敏感程度较高,抑菌圈直径分别为(12.54±0.19)mm、(8.78±0.26)mm,熏香MIC也分别为78.1 mg/mL和39.1 mg/mL,其次为水-DMSO溶解物,最次为水溶解物。而直接用熏香燃烟熏10~30 min后都可以达到很好的熏灭效果,尤其对嗜水气单胞菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌的熏灭效果最佳,烟熏10 min后灭菌率分别为(100±0)%、(97±0)%、(94±4)%。
Abstract The effects of Chinese herbal aromatherapy and different solvents on the antibacterial activity, minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and bacteriostatic rate of five common bacteria in pig farms were studied. The results showed that the ethanol-DMSO solution of the incense-burning tobacco had the best antibacterial effect, especially the sensitivity to Aeromonas hydrophila and Staphylococcus aureus, and the inhibition zone size was(12.54±0.19) mm, (8.78±0.26) mm, aromatherapy MIC were also 78.1 mg/mL and 39.1 mg/mL, followed by water-DMSO lysate, and finally water lysate. It can attain good smoldering effect using smoked incense directly smoked for 10~30 minutes. Especially for Aeromonas hydrophila, Escherichia coli and Streptococcus, smoked for 10 minutes, the antibacterial rates were (100±0)%, (97±0)%, and (94±4)%.
