摘要
波形钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁用波形钢板取代预应力混凝土腹板,充分发挥混凝土抗弯和波形钢腹板抗剪的性能,可从根本上杜绝混凝土箱梁腹板开裂的通病。文中以马背咀大桥改造工程为依托,在对马背咀大桥现状分析的基础上,提出采用波形钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁改造的设计方案,并对主桥结构和桥面板的受力特性进行计算分析,验证波形钢腹板在老桥改造工程的应用效果。计算结果表明,波形钢腹板主梁结构能够满足桥梁结构设计的要求,在老桥改造工程具有较大的优越性,值得推广应用。
The prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs replaces the prestressed con crete web with corrugated steel plates, gives full play to the performance of concrete bending and cot rugated steel web shear, which can fundamentally eliminate the common problem of cracks in the web of concrete box girders. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Mabeitou Bridge, a de sign plan for the reconstruction of prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel websis pro posed, the force characteristics of the main bridge structure and bridge deckis computed and analyzed, and the application effect of corrugated steel webs is verified in the old bridge reconstruction project. The calculation results show that the main girder structure of the corrugated steel web can meet the requirements of the bridge structure design. It has great advantages in the old bridge reconstruction project and is worthy of popularization and application.
