摘要 通过概化管道计算实例,指出目前工程实践中较多采用的谢才公式法在计算沿程水头损失时的局限性和不足。经分析研究,为补充完善沿程水头损失计算方法,提出和确定以临界流速为区隔各个水流流态区间的特征指标。并以钢管、混凝土管和混凝土渠道为代表,分析确定了相关临界流速阈值,研究和总结归纳得到在不同输水形式、不同特征管径或宽度,不同流态区间情况下的适用于各水流流态区间的沿程水头损失实践应用计算方法。 Through the calculation of generalizable pipeline example, the limitation and deficiency in the hydraulic conveying process calculation of the friction head loss are pointed out by the method of Xiecai formula, which is widely used in current engineering practice. In order to supplement and improve the calculation method of friction head loss along the line, after analyzing and studying, the critical velocity is put forward and determined as the characteristic index of the interval of each flow pattern. The critical velocity value of different flow forms are analyzed and studied. A practical and applied method of different characteristics pipe diameter or width in different flow state intervals for calculating the friction head loss along the flow regime is obtained with steel pipe, concrete pipe and concrete channel as the representative water conveyance.
