液氮洗装置中液化天然气储罐闪蒸气通道堵塞原因分析及对策

STUDY ON BLOCK OF BOIL OFF GAS CHANNEL IN LNG STORAGE TANK IN LIQUID NITROGEN WASHING PLANT

介绍液氮洗装置中液化天然气储罐闪蒸气通道压差增大的现象,通过分析找出导致通道堵塞的原因,利用停车机会对其进行改造,实现液化天然气储罐闪蒸气的回收,并取得一定的经济效益。

This paper described the increase of pressure differential in boil off gas （BOG） channel in LNG storage tank in a liquid nitrogen washing unit. Reasons for channel block were found. A reformation was taken during overhaul, and the recovery of BOG was achieved. The economic benefit becomes quite well.
