摘要
介绍汽轮机转子弯曲的机理,分析汽轮机转子发生永久性弯曲的原因,利用GE-Bently System 1在线诊断监测系统对大型汽轮机机组运行状况和故障进行分析,根据测点的图谱分析进行故障诊断,为排除故障提供决策的依据。
The mechanism of rotor bending happened on steam turbine was described, and the reason of permanent bending was analyzed. GE-Bently System 1 online monitoring system was applied to analyze the operation status and faults of steam turbine. Research on the fault by the graph of detecting points provided the reference for eliminating the faults.
