摘要
大颗粒尿素造粒冷却送风机在运行过程中出现振动值高的现象,经过对轴承箱、联轴器、叶轮、电机、轴承箱钢结构的检修,发现是由于送风机基础钢结构刚度不足导致送风机振动增大,进而引起轴承、油封损坏,而轴承损坏又进一步导致振动放大。通过对送风机基础钢结构增加加强筋板,增加支撑系统刚度,解决了问题。
Big vibration occurred during operation of force draft fan for large grain urea granulator cooling. Checking several times on bearing box, coupling, impeller, motor and steel structure of bearing box, we found the reason that the rigidity of foundation steel structure of the fan is not strong enough, leading to the increase of the fan vibration, which caused the failure of bearing and oil seal that will further amplify the vibration. By adding a stiffener on the foundation steel structure, increasing its supporting rigidity, the problem was solved.
