艾灸配合中药热奄包治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的护理应用

Nursing application of moxibustion combined TCM hot pack to treat postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids

目的观察艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴配合中药热奄包对混合痔术后患者尿潴留的影响。方法将我科90例混合痔术后出现尿潴留的患者随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴配合中药热奄包熨烫膀胱区。观察2组患者排尿情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.49%)高于对照组(52.27%)(P<0.05)。结论艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴配合中药热奄包熨烫膀胱区对混合痔术后尿潴留患者疗效显著,方法简单,无不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at Qi Hai point, Guan Yuanxue and Zhongji point combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the retention of urine in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation. Methods 90 patients with urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into control group （44 cases） and observation group （46 eases）.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,while the observation group was treated with moxibustion at Qi Hal point, Guan Yuanxue and Zhongji aeupoint with Chinese traditional medicine. The urination of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （93.49%） was higher than that of the control group （52.27%）（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The effect of moxibustion at Qi Hal acupoint, Guan Yuanxue, Zhongji acupoint and Chinese medicine hot iron ironing bladder area is significant for patients with urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids, simple method and no adverse reaction, it is worth popularizing.
