临床护理路径在腰椎管狭窄症患者围术期中的应用效果观察

Application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis

目的研究临床护理路径在腰椎管狭窄症患者围术期中的应用价值。方法将2014年10月—2016年6月收治的67例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为观察组(36例,行临床护理路径)和对照组(31例,行常规护理),记录并对比2组住院时间、医疗总花费、术后并发症及护理满意度等。结果观察组住院时间、医疗总花费少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的38.71%(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎管狭窄症患者围术期中应用临床护理路径有助于病情恢复及护患和谐,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods From October 2014 to June 2016, 67 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into observation group （36 cases, clinical nursing path） and control group （31 cases, routine nursing）. The time of hospitalization, total cost of medical treatment, postoperative complications and nursing satistaction were recorded and compared in the two groups. Results （1）Hospitalization time and total medical expenses： the observation group was less than the control group （P〈0.05）. （2）complications ： 1 cases of constipation, retention of urine and repeated pain in the observation group; 3 cases of constipation, 3 cases of urinary retention, 3 cases of recurrent pain, 2 cases of pressure sore and 1 cases of pneumonia in the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was 8.33% ,which was lower than that in the control group （38.71%） （P〈0.05）. （3）Nursing satisfaction： the observation group was not satisfied with 2 cases,9 cases were satisfied,25 cases were very satisfied,the control group was not satisfied with 9 cases,11 cases were satisfied, 11 cases were very satisfied. The total satistaction rate of the observation group was 94.44% ,which was higher than that of the control group （70.97%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis during perioperative period is conducive to the recovery of illness and the harmony between nurses and patients.
