碾压卷心菜叶外敷缓解产后乳房胀痛的疗效观察

Effect of roller compress cabbage leaf external application on relieving postpartum breast distending pain

目的探讨碾压卷心菜叶外敷缓解产后乳房胀痛的疗效。方法将2016年10月—2018年4月在我院住院的产后乳汁淤积乳房胀痛患者100例纳入研究,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统温湿敷按摩,观察组采用碾压卷心菜叶外敷。观察2组治疗效果,乳房胀痛消失情况、乳房硬结消退情况。结果观察组总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);观察组产后乳房胀痛消失情况、乳房硬结消退情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碾压卷心菜叶外敷能够有效缓解产后乳房胀痛,加快症状缓解,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of roller compress cabbage leaf external application on relieving postpartum breast distending pain. Methods From October 2016 to April 2018,100 cases of postpartum breast milk stasis in our hospital were included in this study. According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group：traditional warm and wet massage.The observation group： the compress of the roller compress. Observation effect,breast distention and pain disappeared, and breast induration subsided. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.00%） （P〈0.05）.The disappearance of postpartum breast distention and the induration of the breast in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Roller compress cabbage leaf external application can alleviate postpartum breast distending pain, improve breast distension and breast induration, and has higher application value.
