摘要
本文针对部分燃气轮机联合循环机组在启动和低负荷运行时冒黄烟的现象,通过实验和理论计算方法研究温度、烟气成分等因素对燃机排烟中NO向NO_2转化的影响。研究表明,在燃气轮机透平排气的典型温度(500~650℃)和组分条件下,排气中的CO含量高会导致NO在2 s内快速的转化为NO_2,即在启动或低负荷条件下燃烧不完全是燃机排气产生黄烟的重要原因之一。
In this paper, for some gas turbine combined cycle units, the phenomenon of yellow smoke will be flushed at start-up and low-load operation. The effects of temperature and flue gas composition on the conversion of NO to NO 2 in flue gas are studied by experiment and Chemkin simulation. Research shows that under the typical temperature(500-650 ℃) and composition conditions of turbine exhaust, high CO content in exhaust can result in the rapid conversion of NO to NO 2 in 2 s. Namely, under the condition of starting or low load, incomplete combustion is one of the important reasons for the yellow smoke in gas turbine exhaust.
