6005A地铁铝型材氧化膜缺陷的研究分析

采用我公司生产的6005A优质铸锭挤压生产地铁空心铝合金型材,并对在其制品内部形成的氧化膜缺陷进行研究分析。使用光学显微镜、电子万能试验机、铝型材压力试验机、光谱分析仪,对有氧化膜缺陷的试样和无氧化膜缺陷的试样进行检测对比分析,研究了制品力学性能、宏观、微观组织及断口形貌,为挤压地铁铝型材产品检验和工艺试验提供技术支持与指导。

In this paper, the 6005A high -quality ingot produced by our company is used to produce metro hollow aluminum profile and the defects of oxide file formed inside the product are studied and analyzed. By using the optical microscope, electron universal tester, aluminum profile pressure tester and spectrum analyzer, the samples with and without oxide file defects are tested and compared, and the mechanical properties, macrostructure, microstructure and fracture morphology of the products are studied to provide technical support and guidance for the inspection and process test of extruded aluminum profile products in metro.
