摘要
对6063铝合金挤压过程进行数值模拟,获得金属流动的温度场、速度场及型材的形变场,研究了其金属流动规律,预测实际挤压过程中可能出现的挤压型材缺陷。模拟结果显示,型材A、B、C区域挤出速度明显快于其他区域,将模拟结果与试模结果进行比较,二者相吻合。
In this paper, based on the numerical simulation of the extrusion process of 6063 aluminum alloy, the temperature field, velocity field and deformation field of metal flow are obtained. In addition, the metal flow rule is studied to predict the possible defects in the extrusion process. The simulation results show that the extrusion speed of section A, B and C is faster than that of other regions and the simulation results show a good agreement with the experimental results reasonably.
