大别山区创新发展现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Innovative Development of Dabie Mountain Area

党的十八大以来,大别山老区秉持敢创新路、勇当前锋的大别山精神,高度重视科技创新,把创新驱动发展战略作为振兴发展的重要抓手,自主创新能力显著提升,企业主体地位不断强化,创新载体平台建设成效显著,创新开放合作持续深化,创新创业环境日益优化,民生科技创新持续加强。但同时,也存在不少问题,突出表现在:科技基础依然比较薄弱,自主创新能力仍需进一步提高,多数产业仍处于价值链中低端,制约创新发展的思想意识与体制机制障碍依旧存在,高效能创新体系尚未建立。因此,相关地区必须牢牢把握当前发展机遇,主动顺应全球科技创新发展潮流,破解突出矛盾与问题。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China , old Dabie mountain area, adhering to the Dabie spirit of trying the innovative toad and being the pioneer, highly emphasizes the innovation of sci- ence and technology, and regards the strategy of innovation - driven strategy as the important step for its revitalization and development. Thus, its capability tot independent innovation has been improved evidently; the dominant position of the enterprises has been strengthened continuously; the plattbtan for innovation has been constructed with remarkable effect; the cooperation for innovation and openness has been deepened consistently; the environment for innovation and entreptreneurship has been optimized increasingly; and the innovation of science and technology for the livelihood has been strengthened continuously. Yet at the same time, there still exist lots of problems in the tollowing aspects. The basis of science and technology is still weak; the capability for independent innovation still needs to be improved further; many industries still lie in the low end of the value chain; the ideology and mechanism battier, which restrict the innovation and development, still exist; and the innovative system with high effect hasn＇t still be set up. Therefore, relevant atlas should firmly grasp the cmTent opportunity for development, actively conform to innovation and development tide of the globe, and try to solve the prominent conflicts and problems.
