北京未来科学城展示中心——创新技术的探索实践

摘要 在我国大力推行绿色生态建筑的实践中,展示中心项目作为未来科学城园区内首例采用"钢结构+被动式超低能耗+绿色建筑三星+健康建筑三星标准"的公共建筑,具有重要的示范意义,技术成果具有较高的实用价值。对展馆类建筑采取创新技术的推广,起到积极的示范引领作用。同时,该项目也将成为未来科学城对外展示的形象窗口,传播未来科学城创新低碳理念的交流平台。 During the practice of promoting green ecological building in China, the exhibition center project (ECP) is designed as the frst public building demonstration with signifcant technical exploration by adopting multiply standards in Beijing Future Science Park (BFSP), such as steel structure+ passive and ultra-low-energy consumption + three-star green building + three-star healthy building etc... Therefore, ECP will not only become one important image of BFSP to spread innovation and low-carbon ideas, but also usher the technology exploration of similar exhibition hall buildings.
