配电自动化单相接地在线定位软件的设计与应用

Design and Application of Single-phase Grounding Online Locating Software Based on Distribution Automation

为解决各种配电终端、故障指示器接入配电主站,实现单相接地故障在线定位,在通信传输环节扩展IEC 60870-5-101/104通信规约,实现配电网单相接地时故障录波上送。在配电主站故障信息解析与故障判定环节,根据配电网单相接地故障特性,应用相关系数、傅里叶变换,提取故障特征量、形成冗余,并应用贝叶斯概率提升故障判定正确性;优化故障处理流程,以适应工程应用的多样性。基于配电主站,采用分层设计,构建单相接地在线定位软件系统,为配电网单相接地故障分析、处理提供支撑。

In order to solve all kinds of distribution terminals and fault indicators connected into the distribution master station,the single-phase grounding fault online locating is realized. The IEC 60870-5-101/104 communication protocol is extended in the communication transmission link to realize fault recording and transmission when the distribution network is single-phase grounded. In the fault analysis and fault determination link of the distribution master station,according to the characteristics of single-phase ground fault of the distribution network,the correlation coefficient and Fourier transform are applied to extract the fault feature quantity. And,the Bayesian probability is used to determine fault tolerance and improve the correctness of fault determination. This paper optimizes the fault processing flow to adapt to the engineering applications. Based on the distribution master station,a layered design of the single-phase grounding online locating software is constructed,which provides support for the analysis and processing of single-phase grounding fault in distribution network.
