进入新时代,推进合宪性审查工作是加强我国宪法实施和监督的重要举措。我国目前的合宪性审查概念实际上是一个涵盖了三个层次的宽泛概念,虽然已经各有相应的法规进行规范,但过于分散,致使现实中的合宪性审查制度在审查的主体、对象、程序和结果上都存在不足之处,有必要制定专门的法律去完善,而宪法和法律委员会的设立也将进一步规范我国的合宪性审查制度。
