“乡村振兴”视角下我国乡镇政府服务价值观探析

Analysis on the Service Values of Township Government in China from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡镇政府作为"乡村振兴"战略实践的主要执行者,其价值观的合理与否,很大程度上影响"乡村振兴"的现实成效。从内容的衔接、目标追求的契合、以及共同价值原则的遵守层面,探究乡镇政府价值观与践行"乡村振兴"战略的关联耦合。并在此基础上探究乡镇政府价值观中的"管理"意识过强、"权本位"思想浓厚、不合理的发展理念对贯彻落实乡村振兴战略的羁绊。在坚持"以人民为中心"的价值原则的基础上,通过牢固"服务"宗旨;强化"法治"思维;坚持绿色发展理念,完善我国乡镇政府的服务价值观念,助推"乡村振兴"战略目标的有效落实。

As the main executor of rural revitalization strategy, the rationality values of township government affect the actual effect of rural revitalization to a large extent. From the perspective of content convergence, goal pursuit and the compliance of common value principles, we explore the coupling between township government values and the practice of the strategy. And then we explore the fetters of township government＇s management consciousness and right standard with strong and unreasonable development ideas in implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization. On the basis of adhering to the people centered value principle, we must strengthen the service and the rule of law thinking, adhere to the concept of green development, and improve the service values of township governments in China, and promote the effective implementation of the strategic goal of rural revitalization.摇 摇
