γ-干扰素释放试验在结核病中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价γ-干扰素释放试验在结核病临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年12月~2017年12月本院收治的130例结核病患者和同期来本院接受健康体检的130例健康体检者作为研究对象,分别将两组研究对象设为观察组和对照组,两组均进行γ-干扰素释放试验,比较两组结核分歧杆菌阳性检出率。再根据结核病灶位置的不同将观察组分为肺结核组和肺外组,比较两组患者的γ-干扰素释放试验结果。结果观察组患者的γ-干扰素释放试验阳性率为85.38%,高于对照组的9.23%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),肺结核组患者的γ-干扰素释放试验阳性率为94.79%,高于肺外组患者的58.82%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论γ-干扰素释放试验能够有效检测出结核病患者结核分歧杆菌感染情况,用于诊断肺内结核的敏感性更高。 Objective To evaluate the value of γ-interferon release test in the clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis. MethodsA total of 130 patients with tuberculosis admitted to our hospital between December 2015 and December 2017 and 130 healthy subjects who had received physical examinations from the hospital in the same period were selected as the subjects. The two groups were selected as observation group and control group respectively. The γ-interferon release test was performed in both groups, and the positive detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was compared between the two groups. According to the location of tuberculosis, the observation group were divided into intrapulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary group, and the results of γ-interferon release test were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate of γ-interferon release test in the observation group was 85.38%, which was higher than that in the control group(9.23%). The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The positive rate of γ-interferon release test in the tuberculosis group was 94.79%, which was higher than 58.82% of patients in the extrapulmonary group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The γ-interferon release test can effectively detect the infection of tuberculosis in tuberculosis patients and is more sensitive to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in the lung.
