2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平对机体血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平的影响

目的探讨分析2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平对机体血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平的影响。方法纳入2013年3月～2017年3月于荥阳市人民医院内分泌科就诊并诊断为2型糖尿病的患者282例,依据血糖高低进一步分成观察1组和观察2组。另纳入同期于荥阳市人民医院体检科进行健康查体者135例作为对照组。分析比较观察组与对照组组间以及观察组组内的空腹血糖及血清肿瘤标记物CEA、CA199、CA125水平。结果观察组较对照组血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组两组间比较,血糖较高者有更高的血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平与血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平有一定相关性。

Objective To investigate the effects of fasting blood glucose levels on serum CEA, CA199 and CA125 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Between March 2013 and March 2017, 282 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in the Department of Endocrinology, Fuyang People＇s Hospital were enrolled. According to the blood glucose level, they were further divided into observation group 1 and observation group 2. In addition, 135 cases of health examinations conducted in the physical examination department of Fuyang City People＇s Hospital as a control group. The fasting blood glucose and serum tumor markers CEA, CA199, and CA125 levels were compared between observation group and the control group, and within the observation group. Results The levels of serum CEA, CA199 and CA125 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the two groups within the observation group, the patients with higher blood glucose levels had higher serum CEA, CA199 and CA125 levels. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fasting blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes has a correlation with serum CEA, CA199 and CA125 levels.
