超声引导下小剂量局麻药外周神经阻滞的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下小剂量局麻药外周神经阻滞的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年7月~2018年5月新郑市人民医院收治的100例行麻醉治疗患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组患者予以大剂量局麻药外周神经阻滞,观察组患者予以小剂量局麻药外周神经阻滞,观察两组患者的镇痛优良率、患者镇痛满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的镇痛优良率与患者镇痛满意度分别为92.00%与98.00%,明显高于对照组的44.00%与62.00%,并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声引导下小剂量局麻药外周神经阻滞的临床应用具有显著的临床效果,不仅能够提升镇痛优良率与患者的镇痛满意度,同时能够有效的降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical applications of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block in low-dose local anesthetics. Methods A total of 100 anesthesia patients admitted to Xinzheng People's Hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50). Patients in the control group received peripheral nerve block of high-dose local anesthetic. Patients in the observation group received peripheral nerve block of lowdose local anesthetic. The excellent rate of analgesia, satisfaction of analgesia and complications occurred were analyzed and compared in the two groups. Results The excellent rate of analgesia and the satisfaction of analgesia in the observation group were 92.00% and 98.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 44.00% and 62.00% of the control group, and the complication rate was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(24%, P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block in low-dose local anesthetic has significant clinical effects, which can not only improve the excellent rate of analgesia and the satisfaction of patients with analgesia, but also effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
