摘要
目的探讨采取溶栓方案对早期脑梗死患者治疗成效及促进认知功能恢复价值。方法选择郸城县人民医院神经内科2015年2月~2018年2月收治的早期脑梗死患者100例,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,观察组50例应用溶栓方案治疗,对照组50例采用一般治疗方案,对比预后成效及认知功能。结果观察组总有效率为84.0%,明显高于对照组的66.0%,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者MMSE、NIHSS评分治疗前无差异(P> 0.05),治疗后两组患者MMSE评分均高于治疗前,NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组患者MMSE评分提高明显优于对照组,组间差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分降低明显低于对照组,组间差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组不良事件率为2%,明显低于对照组的12.0%(P <0.05)。结论早期脑梗死应用溶栓方案治疗,可提高总有效率,改善认知功能和神经缺损,防范不良事件。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of thrombolytic therapy on early cerebral infarction patients and to promote the recovery of cognitive function. Methods Total of 100 patients with early cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology, People's Hospital of Dancheng County from February 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups. 50 patients in the observation group were treated with thrombolytic therapy, and 50 patients in the control group received general treatments. Prognostic outcomes with cognitive function were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.0%, P〈0.05). There was no difference in MMSE and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P〈0.05). After treatment, the MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment. The NIHSS scores were lower than before treatment, and the MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly better than those after treatment. In the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The adverse event rate was 2% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.0%, P〈0.05). Conclusion Early thrombolytic therapy with cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate, improve cognitive function and nerve defects, and prevent adverse events.
