中西医结合治疗不孕症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Infertility Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合的方法对不孕症患者的治疗效果。方法选择2013年5月～2015年1月之间,在我医院妇科进行治疗的52例被确诊为不孕症的患者,按照随机数字的方法将所有的患者分为两个组,对照组和观察组,每个组都有26名患者,对照组使用纯西药的治疗方法,观察组加用中医汤药制剂,对治疗的效果进行对比。结果在对照组与观察组患者的一般临床资料的比较中,两个组别的年龄,病程,BMI和不孕的原因比较结果未出现统计学差异(P> 0.05),在患者开始治疗后2年之内,对照组有18名患者成功受孕,受孕成功率为69.23%,观察组患者有24名患者成功受孕,受孕成功率为92.13%,两组受孕成功率数据差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.457,P <0.05),从数值上看,观察组的数据高于对照组,在治疗过程中,对照组与观察组的患者在盆腔或下腹部痛,卵巢增大,胃痛和乳房不适四个方面的不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.221,0.354,1.020,0.134,P> 0.05)。结论利用中药与西药对不孕症进行联合治疗,提高了患者的受孕率,同时并未增加副反应发生的概率,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of infertility patients. Methods Fifty-two patients who were diagnosed with infertility were treated between May 2013 and January 2015. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group and the observation group were observed Group, each group had 26 patients, the control group using pure Western medicine treatment, observation group with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the effect of treatment were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in age, course of disease, BMI, and infertility between the two groups（P〈0.05） in the comparison between the control group and the general clinical data of the observation group, and 2 years after the patient began treatment, The control group had 18 patients successfully conceived, the success rate of pregnancy was 69.23%, the observation group of 24 patients successfully conceived, the success rate of conception was 92.13%, the success rate of the two groups of pregnancy data were statistically significant（χ~2 = 4.457, P〈0.05）. From the numerical point of view, the data in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. During the course of treatment, the patients in the control group and the observation group had four or more pain in the pelvic or lower abdominal pain, ovarian enlargement, stomach pain and breast discomfort（χ~2 = 0.221, 0.344, 1.020, 0.134, P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for infertility combined treatment to improve the patient＇s pregnancy rate, while not increasing the probability of occurrence of side effects, it is worth to promote the scope of clinical.
