摘要
目的探讨以人为本的柔性管理在优化外科护理管理的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2016年12月驻马店市中心医院神经外科的30例护理人员以及200例住院患者作为研究组,并实施以人为本的柔性管理,同时与2015年1月~2015年12月采取常规管理的30例护理人员和250例住院患者进行比较。结果研究组护士满意度[(9.0±0.4)分vs(7.9±1.6)分]以及患者对护理服务满意度评分[(94.1±2.1)分vs(80.4±3.3)分]均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组护士基础护理、护理操作、护理文件书写以及病房管理等护理质量评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论以人为本的柔性管理在外科护理管理中不仅能体现科室的人文关怀以及提升凝聚力,同时还能有效提高护理服务满意度和护理质量。
Objective Explore the value of human-based flexible management in optimizing surgical nursing management.Methods 30 nurses and 200 hospitalized patients in neurosurgery department of Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research group, and the people-oriented flexible management was carried out. At the same time, from January 2015 to December 2015, routine The 30 nursing staff managed were compared with 250 inpatients. Results The satisfaction degree of nurses in the study group [(9.0±0.4) vs(7.9±1.6) points] and patient satisfaction score of nursing service [(94.1±2.1) vs(80.4±3.3)] were significantly higher than those of the control(P〈0.05). The scores of nursing quality such as basic nursing, nursing operation, nursing document writing and ward management in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion People-oriented flexible management in surgical nursing management can not only reflect the department's humane care and enhance cohesion, but also can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
