溶聚丁苯橡胶2557TH和2557S的性能对比 被引量:4

摘要 对两种填充不同油品而牌号相似的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)2557TH和SSBR2557S的性能进行对比研究。结果表明:SSBR2557TH填充的环保芳烃油芳碳率和烷基碳率较大,SSBR2557S填充的环烷油环烷碳率较大;炭黑与白炭黑补强两种SSBR胶料的硫化特性分别相近,其中炭黑与白炭黑补强SSBR2557TH胶料的物理性能均略差;炭黑补强SSBR2557TH胶料在0,20,60和80℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)均小于SSBR2557S胶料,白炭黑补强SSBR2557TH与SSBR2557S胶料在0,20,60和80℃时的tanδ基本相当;与SSBR2557S相比,SSBR2557TH生胶和白炭黑补强混炼胶的玻璃化温度(Tg)略高,炭黑补强混炼胶的Tg略低。 Two kinds of similar grade solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)2557 TH and SSBR2557 S filled with different oils were studied and compared.The results showed that the environmentfriendly aromatic oil filled SSBR2557 TH had higher aromatic carbon ratio and alky carbon ratio,and the naphthenic oil filled SSBR2557 S had higher naphthenic carbon ratio.The vulcanization characteristics of the two kinds of SSBR compounds reinforced by carbon black or silica were similar,but the physical properties of SSBR2557 TH compound were slightly worse.The loss factors of SSBR2557 TH compound filled with carbon black were lower than those of SSBR2557 S compound at the temperature of 0,20,60 and 80 ℃,respectively,while the loss factors of the two kinds of SSBR compounds filled with silica were equivalent.Compared with SSBR2557 S raw rubber and compound,the glass transition temperatures of SSBR2557 TH raw rubber and compound filled with silica were slightly higher,respectively,and the glass transition temperature of SSBR2557 TH compound filled with carbon black was slightly lower.
