摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以我国理工院校的新闻传播教育为对象,归纳出理工院校新闻传播教育在地域分布、专业设置、课程设置、教学改革、学科建设等方面的特征。针对目前理工院校新闻传播教育面临的培养目标不清晰,专业认同度低;师资力量薄弱、科研实力不足;课程体系滞后,融合不足等问题,提出要从培养一专多能的"融合型"新闻人才;打造"三师型"师资队伍;整合资源,打造交叉课程等方面进行转型,以适应融合媒体时代对新闻传播人才的需求,从而推动我国新闻传播教育的良性发展。
By using the methods of literature and questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the characteristics of geographical distribution, discipline arrangement, curriculum setting, transformation of education and disciplinary development of Journalism and communication education in science and technology universities. At present, most science and technology universities are faced with problems of unclear training objectives, low professional identity,insufficient teachers, lack of scientific research strength, lags in curriculum system and lack of curriculum integration. In order to adapt to the demand of the media era for the journalism and communication talents and promote the healthy development of the journalism and communication education in China, it is suggested that "multi-competence" talents and faculty should be trained. The integration of resources, and the interdisciplinary courses should be established.
