摘要 当电影日益成为建构主流话语的文本之时,其凭借特有的视觉呈现成为了呼吁现实关照的某种路径,人类涉及健康的行为亦被电影记录其中。本文从健康传播的角度,运用新社会史的方法,对我国电影中大量涉及的健康传播行为予以文本分析,表明了中国电影通过符号打造、叙事关系、场景重塑以及信念普及的方式,在个体、人际、组织和大众等的不同维度对观众实行的健康启蒙、普及与传播。本文认为,不同于"医疗"等类型电影,这是我国电影之中长期存有的一种话语实践,其在视觉文本缠绕于社会语境的作用下,构建出了一种对健康意向的规训,从而促使电影表征的合理化呈现。 As movie is increasingly becoming the text of the mainstream discourse, its unique visual representation has become a path to appeal to reality. Health-related human behavior has also been recorded by films. From the perspective of health communication, this paper uses the method of new social history to analyze the texts of a large number of health communication activities in Chinese movies. It shows that Chinese films, through symbolic creation, narrative relations, scene reshaping and belief popularization, enlightens, educate and communicate with the audience in different dimensions of individual, interpersonal, organizational and public dimensions. The author believes that unlike the "medical" and other types of movies, this is a kind of discourse practice in Chinese movies for a long time. It constructs a regulation of health intentions under the influence of both visual text and social context, and promotes the rationalization of film representation.
