自身免疫性肝炎的相关免疫病理机制

Immunological pathogenesis mechanisms related in autoimmune hepatitis

自身免疫性肝炎已成为世界范围内发病率较高的肝脏疾病之一,可被多种因素诱发。免疫介导的损伤机制发挥了重要致病作用,活化的多种固有免疫和适应性免疫细胞、免疫分子参与了疾病的发生、发展。深入探究其发病机理,将有助于多种肝脏疾病的防治和相关药物的筛选。本文拟就自身免疫性肝炎中相关免疫病理机制研究进展作一综述。

Autoimmune hepatitis has become one of high incidence liver disease in the worldwide, and it is induced by various factors. The immune mediated pathogenic mechanisms play important effects in liver damage. The activated immunocytes and molecules of innate immune and adaptive immune are involved in the disease. Exploring the pathogenesis of autoimmune hepatitis will help to prevent and treat various liver diseases including screening the therapeutic drugs for hepatitis. This paper has reviewed about the research progress of the immunopathological mechanisms relevant autoimmune hepatitis.
