摘要 Bcl-2相关转录因子(BCL2-associated transcription factor,BCLAF1)是一种多功能蛋白质,具有富含精氨酸-丝氨酸功能域(RS结构域)和DNA结合功能域,参与调控基因转录和转录后加工过程,是小鼠肺发育和免疫系统功能维持的重要因子。近年来围绕BCLAF1功能的研究层出不穷,发现其广泛影响多种细胞生物学过程如凋亡、增殖等,与人类癌症及其他疾病发生密切相关。本文总结了BCLAF1蛋白的研究进展,以期在全面理解BCLAF1功能的基础上,为克服肿瘤或相关疾病提供新思路。 Bcl-2-accociated transcription factor 1(BCLAF1) is a multi-functional protein containing a serine/arginine-rich domain(RS domain) and DNA binding domains. It has been involved in gene transcription and m RNA processing, and is also essential for lung development and immune system function in mice. In recent years, a lot of studies have shown that BCLAF1 is implicated in various cellular processes, such as apoptosis and proliferation, and closely associated with cancer development and other human diseases. In this paper, we review the research progress of BCLAF1 to provide a comprehensive understanding of BCLAF1's functions and new insights into the treatment of cancers and other human diseases.
