摘要
翻转课堂是以学生为中心,由课前任务、课堂指导和课后反馈组成,可以有效地调动学生学习的积极性。以"酵母蔗糖酶的提取与比活力测定"、"蔗糖酶进程曲线的制作"以及"固定化活性干酵母细胞的制备与转化糖的生产"三个典型的生物化学实验为研究对象,利用翻转课堂对其进行教学目标的探索和设计,为增强学生的学习热情、激发学习动力、提高科研动手能力及开发其创新思维打下良好的基础。
Flipped class model is a student-centred approach, which is composed of pre-class task, classroom instruction and the feedback of post-class. The flipped class model can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of students to study. Three typical biochemistry experiments "the extraction of yeast sucrase and determination of specific activity", "production of sucrase process curve" and "reparation of immobilized active dry yeast cells and production of invertose" were choosed, and the teaching goal of biochemistry experiment will be explored and designed using the flipped class model. This model will lay a good foundation for enhancing the enthusiasm of students to learn, stimulating the motivation of study, improving the practical ability of scientific research and developing the innovative thinking mode.
