企业社会责任优化供给侧结构的逻辑机理与策略研究

Research on the Logical Mechanism and Strategy of Optimizing the Supply-side Structure of Corporate Social Responsibility

本文基于＂去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板＂的＂三去一降一补＂供给侧结构性改革的视角,研究企业应如何承责社会责任优化供给侧结构。研究结果表明,通过一系列社会责任履行机制,企业社会责任有助于＂去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板＂,积极履行社会责任有助于优化供给侧结构。本文还从基于优化供给侧角度完善社会责任评价体系、挖掘企业利益与优化供给侧国家利益的共享价值、推动具有优化供给侧效应的社会责任信息披露等方面,提出了企业社会责任优化供给侧结构的策略思考。本文拓展了供给侧改革的研究视角,丰富了企业社会责任绩效的研究文献,对供给侧结构改革政策制定和企业更好履行社会责任具有一定启示。

This paper studies how to optimize the supply-side structure of corporate social responsibility on the perspective of the structural reform of supply-side that ＂go to capacity,to inventory,to leverage,reduce costs,make up the short board＂.The results show that corporate social responsibility can help to ＂go to capacity,to inventory,to leverage,reduce costs,make up the short board＂ through a series of social re-sponsibility implementation mechanism,fulfilling social responsibility actively helps to optimize the sup-ply side structure.This paper puts forward the strategic thinking of optimizing the supply-side structure of corporate social responsibility from the aspects of perfecting social responsibility evaluation system from optimizing supply-side,mining the shared value of interests of enterprises and national interests of opti-mize the supply-side structure,and promote the disclosure of social responsibility information with the ef-fect of optimizing the supply-side structure.This paper expands the research perspective of supply-side re-form and enriches the research literature of corporate social responsibility performance,which has some en-lightenment to the supply-side reform and the fulfillment of social responsibility.
