摘要
本文在收集2000-2016年环保投资和各产业生产总值数据基础上,首先建立了环保投资、城乡居民储蓄、R＆D经费支出对产业结构影响的VAR模型,进而采用单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰（Granger）因果检验等检验方法对所建立的模型进行了脉冲响应函数分析,系统的分析了2016年以来我国环保投资和产业结构变化之间的关系,以期提出促进我国产业结构转型升级的针对性建议。
On the basis of collecting the data of 2000-2016 years＇ environmental investment and the GDP of each industry,this paper first establishes the VAR model of the impact of environmental investment,urban and rural residents＇ savings and RD expenditure on the industrial structure,and then uses the unit root test,cointegration test,Grainger（Granger） test and other testing methods to establish the model.The im-pulse response function analysis is carried out.The relationship between the environmental investment and the changes of industrial structure in China in the past 16 years is systematically analyzed in order to put forward some suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of China ＇s industrial structure.
