湖北省麻城市2011～2016年宫颈癌发病和死亡趋势分析

Trends Analysis of Cervical Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Macheng City of Hubei Province 2011～2016

[目的]分析2011-2016年湖北省麻城市宫颈癌发病及死亡趋势。[方法]根据麻城市肿瘤登记处收集的2011-2016年宫颈癌发病数据和相应年份的人口资料,计算宫颈癌发病（死亡）粗率以及中国人口和世界人口标化（简称中标率和世标率）发病（死亡）率,利用SAS9.3软件进行Cochran-Armitage（CA）趋势分析。[结果]2011-2016年麻城市宫颈癌发病粗率为15.59/10万,中标率为11.80/10万,世标率11.74/10万。2011-2016年宫颈癌发病粗率CA趋势分析无统计学意义（Z=-1.46,P=0.14）。宫颈癌死亡粗率5.47/10万,中标率为4.15/10万,世标率4.12/10万,麻城市2011-2016年宫颈癌死亡粗率CA趋势检验分析无统计学意义（Z=-1.73,P=0.08）。死亡/发病比为0.35。[结论 ]麻城市2011-2016年宫颈癌发病率和死亡率历年有所波动,未发现明显变化趋势,但死亡/发病比较高,需进一步做好宫颈癌防治工作。

[Purpose] To analyze the trend of incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in Macheng from 2011 to 2016. [Methods] The incidence and mortality of cervical cancer during2011 ~2016 was calculated based on the data from Macheng Cancer Register. Age-standardized rates were calculated using the Chinese standard population of 2000 and world Segi＇s population of 1985. SAS9.3 was applied to assess the trend from 2011 to 2016. [Results] The crude incidence of cervical cancer was 15.59/105,the age-standardized rates by Chinese population and by world population were 11.80/105 and 11.74/105. There was no statistically significant change in the incidence of cervical cancer from 2011 to 2016（Z=-1.46,P=0.14）. The crude mortality of cervical cancer was 5.47/105,the age-standardized rates by Chinese standard population and by world population were 4.15/105 and 4.12/105. The trend analysis of CA for cervical cancer mortality from2011 to 2016 in Macheng city was not statistically significant（Z=-1.73,P=0.08）.Mortality to incidence ratio was 0.35. [Conclusion] Incidence and mortality rates for cervical cancer in Macheng have fluctuated from 2011 to 2016,but no significant trends have been observed. The mortality to incidence ratio was high,and more efforts should be to carry out to the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
