智能楼宇技术在中央空调系统中的应用和推广

Application and Promotion of Intelligent Building Technology in Central Airconditioning System

自动化是技术密集型行业,推进智能化在中央空调系统的应用是楼宇自动化未来的发展方向,也是我国走向楼宇自动化强国的必经之路。本文以人工智能和物联网两种新技术为例,介绍了其在楼宇中央空调应用方面的突出优点,以及新技术应用和推广中遇到的宏观顶层设计和微观具体执行方面的问题,并从如何进一步做好楼宇新技术应用和推广的角度出发,以实际运行为核心,从多个角度提出了有针对性的建议。

Automation industry is a technology-intensive business.Promoting the application of intelligent central air-conditioning systems is the future development direction of building automation, and it is also the only way for China to become a powerful country in building automation.This paper takes Artificial Intelligence（AI） and Internet of Things（IoT） as examples to introduce their outstanding advantages in building central air-conditioning applications, as well as the macro top-level design and micro- implementation problems encountered in the application and promotion of new technologies.This paper puts forward targeted suggestions from various angles on how to further improve the application and promotion of new building technologies based on actual operation.
