摘要 针对输电线路杆塔点多面广,大都分布在山区和野外,传统的人工巡视不仅耗费大量人力物力,且精益度和可靠性难以保证的问题。本文提出了一种新的基于高精度传感技术的输电杆塔倾斜监测系统,该系统包括一种全新的倾斜监测装置和主站管理系统,装置采用电容微型摆锤原理,内置高聚合物锂电池和高精度16bit A/D转换器,通过n阶滤波算法,最终输出倾角值,设备体积小,精度高,可以对输电杆塔进行远程实时监测,克服了传统的巡线检修靠人工、拼时间、凭经验的运维检修模式。 Traditionally, power transmission tower is point wide range, and mostly in the mountains and the wild, manual inspection not only cost a lot of manpower and resources, but also difficult to guarantee leanness and reliability. In this paper, a new tower inclination monitoring systems based on high-precision sensing technology is proposed, which includes a new tower inclination monitoring device and master management system. The device is small and high precision which uses the principle of miniature pendulum capacitor, built-in high polymer lithium battery and high-precision 16bit A/D converter. Through the system,transmission tower can be carried out in real-time remote monitoring to overcome the traditional patrol inspection by artificial, fight time, with experience in operation and maintenance mode.
